We work closely with our community to solve complicated problems. Building the most beautiful and seamless ordering experience in the industry with a small team is no light work. We have a huge vision. Plus, we're inundated with awesome ideas and feedback from users. This means we have a BIG product roadmap to deliver.

Every Engineer on our team plays a pivotal role in shaping our product. We're looking for hard-working, creative & product-minded engineers to work with our technical founder on delivering Sellar's product vision.

<aside> 🗒️ Note: we care more about attitude than experience. We will happily hire engineers regardless of their experience in the programming languages we use in our stack, provided you’re a go-getter with a willingness to learn and have experience building products for the web.

About you**:**

• You have strong communication skills. Things are moving fast so you’ll need to talk about your work with other engineers and non-technical folk.
• Your default mode is: proactive. We’re a small remote working team that works autonomously. We’re looking for individuals with initiative who actively pursue opportunities rather than waiting for them to come their way.
• You're confident taking on responsibility
• You are user and product-focused
• You are adaptable and willing to learn
• You love full-stack type safety, and strive to build a beautiful & intuitive product experience.
• You enjoy having code ownership of the features you are delivering across the full stack. From specification into production.
• You value developer experience and try to construct your code to make it intuitive/re-usable to other engineers (including third-party API integration engineers).
