If you are new to Sellar and/or have agreed to import your customers during your platform setup, you can export your customer list from FreeAgent to get started.

• Head to Settings by going to your business name in the top right and clicking to reveal the drop down menu.

<aside> 👉 Important note: do not use the ‘Export Contacts’ button in the Contacts area of FreeAgent. This exports a file format Sellar cannot use.

• In Settings → My Company: Select Export All Data.
• Here, make sure the option to export ‘Your FreeAgent account data as a Microsoft Excel file’ is selected. Select Export Data.
• After a few seconds you will see an option to download this data. Select Download.

• This downloads ALL your company data within FreeAgent. DO NOT SEND THIS ENTIRE FILE TO SELLAR.
• Locate the Contacts sheet within the file and extract this data as it’s own file to share with the team at Sellar.
